Returns Policy
OWE FIT has a 30 days return policy. We offer returns on all items.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
To make a return please follow the steps below:
- Register your return: Please send us a message to our customer service team using the following link: Make a Return (Include your order number, the items you will be returning, and the reason for your return). We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
- Prepare your package: Write your order number in a piece of paper and include it in your return parcel. Seal it securely with tape.
- Send it back to us: Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the return form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Return shipping is at customer expense.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email at info@owefit.com including your order number and photos showing the faulty or incorrect item. Once we confirm the defect(s), OWE FIT will cover the shipping cost of the new item(s).
REFUNDS
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are refunded in the original payment method.
